would like to apply for lessons please fill out the following form.
An 'Agreement For Instrumental Lessons' will be sent along with the
first invoice that clearly states the terms on which the lessons are
provided. To get the most accurate cost of lessons in your area
please contact your local Area Manager who will be happy to help. NB:

information to provide you with lessons. We never pass on this
information to anyone else.
